YASUKO TAKAHASHI (piano)

​

Yasuko Takahashi is an internationally outstanding pianist, specialized in chamber music.

 

After receiving several national competition prizes in Japan, she terminated her study at the Royal Music Conservatory in Antwerp.

 

As ‘Duo Agineko’ together with violist Sander Geerts, she won several international competition prizes, such as 'the international competition of young performers' in Madeira (Portugal), 'the Young Musician International Competition for Chamber Music' in Barletta (Italy), and 'the International J. Brahms Competition' (Austria).

 

Currently she is also a member of the Danish soloists’ association ‘Solistforeningen’ and plays many chamber music concerts in throughout Europe.
